With more than 22 years of experience as a litigator in the fields of general commercial litigation, property and casualty claims, labor law, OSHA litigation, real estate litigation, local and federal administrative hearings, Sean Edwards has successfully resolved complex issues arising from contract disputes, risk transfer, and catastrophic personal injury claims. Edwards has “first chair” experience in numerous jury trials in New York City and State Courts and the United States District Courts.

Mr. Edwards has conducted seminars for clients on various aspects of New York Labor Law and coverage litigation. He is also sought after to provide counsel to principals and their insurers on coverage and risk-transfer related matters.

A graduate of Cornell University and the Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, MA, Edwards is admitted to practice law in New York State, the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Previously, Edwards served as a Judicial Intern, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
