Joshua Burton focuses his practice on general liability defense including motor vehicle, premises, construction and property damage cases. He also has experience in real estate litigation, working on commercial and residential lease disputes, co-op and condo disputes and Human Rights Law cases. Josh handles all phases of litigation including case intake, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement discussions which allows him to facilitate cost-effective case resolutions with the client's best interests always at top of mind.

Prior to joining Nicoletti Spinner Ryan Gulino Pinter, LLP, Josh was an associate at a boutique insurance defense firm and, prior to that, was an associate at a real estate law firm in New York City. He has also worked as an agent assistant with a professional basketball agency. Outside of the office, he is an avid sports fan, movie-goer and writer.

Josh received his Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, where he was published in the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal and served as co-president of the Sports Law Society.
