Sarah Rocco earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from Stonehill College in 2009 and earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2012. Before joining Nicoletti Gonson Spinner, Ms. Rocco represented clients in matters arising under the Longshore Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and Defense Base Act and in proceedings brought pursuant to the War Hazards Compensation Act, as well as New York State Workers’ Compensation Claims. Ms. Rocco has defended numerous clients in the areas of premises liability, labor law claims, and general liability matters.
While in law school, she was the Vice President of the American Red Cross Society, participated in a clinical program as an advocate for individuals seeking to file restraining orders, and was a staff member of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review.
